1. When will I receive your confirmation of the booking ? Top

It will take between 1 and 3 working days to confirm a hotel reservation. Sometimes the hotel may not be able to confirm a reservation within this response time due to processing requirements or some other reasons beyond our control.

We will email your confirmation / voucher to you after the credit card payment is processed.

If you wish to cancel your booking after this, you will incur a cancellation fee - see Booking Policy on our Home Page or item (4) Cancellation Policy below. If the hotel is not available, we will contact you with a suitable alternative for your approval. If you have selected an alternative hotel, and if it is available at the specified date, we will process your booking accordingly, and to confirm and charge for payment.

2. Do I need a voucher to check in the hotel? Top

We will email the confirmation voucher to you for checking in to the hotel.

3. How can I check my hotel booking ? Top

You can check the current status of your hotel booking at any time by logging in or clicking My Reservation link on our website.

4. If I amend or cancel my booking will there be any charge? Top

Full or partial cancellation of confirmed bookings with sufficient notice will incur a handling fee equivalent to USD12 or SGD20.

First night's room cancellation charge will apply unless nofitication is received by us at least 7 days before check-in date.

"No show" bookings on check-in date or shorten stay after check-in: subject to one night or total room nights charge depending on hotel policy.

The hotel during peak period may impose surcharge, stricter cancellation period or fee, compulsory meals etc., which will supercedes the above policy.

In such cases, our reservation staff will inform you accordingly in writing. Please revert acceptance in writing within 24 hours before we process your reservation and please note that booking is subject to hotel availability.

Once a booking is confirmed and charged, any amendment is subject to administration fee of USD5 or SGD9.

5. Is my Credit Card being charge if the rooms I book is not confirm? Top

Your credit card will be charged ONLY after the room reservation is confirmed. The Amount you key in worldpay when you make the booking is only a Pre Approve (Reserve) amount. It will be auto release back to your credit card is we do not approve/complete the transaction in 5-7 working days. Not a single cent will be charge.

We accept payment in SGD or USD only, and any other currency amount shown in the confirmation mail are for your reference only. The amount debited by the bank to your account would be at the bank exchange rates.
