Secure Online Reservation Service

  • AsiaBestHotel.com have the utmost respect for your privacy and security. Once you enter the reservation system to make a booking, you are automatically taken into a secure booking engine that guarantees a safe and smooth transaction.
  • The industry standard security measures available through SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and SET (Secure Electronic Transaction) protects the confidentiality and security of online transactions by encrypting all information you input. The authentication and encryption ensures that credit card information, as well as personal information, cannot be read, altered or intercepted en route.

Booking Terms

    (a) Reservation

    • To allow us to proceed with your request, you have to provide your credit card details so that we can automatically secure the reservation when the hotel is available. Once you submit your reservation form and credit card information, your request will be processed as quickly as possible. However, some delays may occur due to our supplier hotel's processing requirements which may take from 1 to 3 days.
    • If the hotel you chose is available for the dates you specified, your booking will be finalised and your credit card will be charged. If not available, we will proceed to work on the alternate hotel's chosen and if date specified is available, we will auto comfirmed and charged.
    • Once your request is confirmed and credit card is processed, we will email your confirmation voucher to you. Please print out a copy and retain it for check-in purposes.
    • All reservations need to be booked at least 3 days in advance, and are on a first come, first served basis, subject to room availability.
    • In the event that your request is unavailable due to overbooking or other circumstances, we will suggest a suitable alternative of comparable price and standards, if any, which you are under no obligation to accept. Once we receive your acceptance of the alternative, your request will be processed. If you decline the offered alternative or do not reply in the affirmative, we will cancel your reservation and obliterate all confidential details.
    • Any Special request (e.g. room type/ floor/ no-smoking) is subject to availability on day check-in.
    • You do not pay any fee for submitting reservation requests and getting confirmation. Our online reservations system accepts payment through Visa, MasterCard and AMEX only. If you are not the cardholder, AsiaBestHotel.com reserves the right to request for completion of third party autorization form with photocopy of both sides of credit card as required by the Banks.
    • All Bookings are charged in either Singapore Dollars or USD. Any other currency amount shown in the mail confirmation in an inducative rate for your reference only. The amount debited to your credit card will be transacted at the prevailing exchange rate on the bank in your country. There may be slight variations from the price shown in the currency requested due to currenct exchange rates fluctuations.

    (b) Room Rates

    • All Prices shown are nett inclusive of service charge and all prevaling taxes(excluding 3% Credit Card Charges). All room eates quoted are per room per night, unless specified otherwise and subject to change without notice.
    • The price is guaranteed only upon recepit of final payment.
    • Rates quoted are only available for oversea guests and not permitted for local residents / citizens or denied nationality as indicated. Hotel reserves the rights to reject or refuse or reject these guest upon check-in and charge the rates at their discretion.

    (c) Room Type

    • Rooms are based on Single occupancy, Twin/Double or Triple sharing.
    • A Single room is for one adult in a room with a single bed (single or queen-size bed).
    • A Twin/Double room is for two adults in a room with either two single beds, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed.
    • A Triple room is for a maximum of three adults in a room. The bed configuration could be two singles with an extra bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed with an extra bed.

    (d) Room Category

    • Each room category is specified on the hotel information page and varies from one hotel to another.
    • Run Of House room type means a standard room. If that particular room is not available, a higher category room will be offered, the hotel will upgrade you to a superior or deluxe room with no additional charge.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Any Special request (e.g room type/ floor/ no-smoking) is subject to availability on day of check-in.

Cancellation Policy

  • More then 7 working days before date of check-in: Full or partial cancellation of confirmed bookings with sufficient notice will incur a handling fee equivalent to USD 12 or SGD 20.
  • Less then 7 working days before date of check-in: Subject to one night or total room nights charge depending on hotel policy.
  • "No show" bookings on check-in date or shorten of stay after check-in: Subject to one night or total room nights charge depending on hotel policy.
  • During Peak period identified by hotel (e.g. holiday, convention/exhibition, special events) there will be other policies imposed by hotel (e.g. surcharges, full guarantee required, stricter cancellation period, compulsory meals, etc) which will supercedes the above policy. In surch cases, our reservation staff will inform you accordingly in writing. Please revert acceptance in writing within 24 hours before we process your reservations and kindly note that booking is subject to hotel availability.
  • All cancellations or amendments of the hotel room reservations must be made in writing. We do not accept cancellations by phone. If you were to cancel directly with the hotel, we would not be responsible for any dispute, promises or refund agreed between you and the hotel staff.
  • Please visit My Reservation to amend or cancel your hotel booking.
  • A cancellation must be confirmed back to you by one of our customer service officers. If you did not receive a confirmation of the cancellation within 2 working day after submission, it means we have not received your cancellation advise and you must resubmit it.

Amendment Policy

  • Once booking is confirmed and charged, any amendment is subject to administration fee of USD5.
  • During Peak period identified by hotel (e.g. holiday, convention/exhibition, special events) there will be other policy imposed by hotel (e.g stricter amendment policy) the amendment fee will subject to either 1 night or full period amendment fee.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are made based on policies of Asiabesthotel.com and our travel supplier for the hotel/service. Upon receiving your cancellation advice, we will confirm the cancellation with the hotel and promptly instruct your Bank to process the credit card refund less the cancellation fee for credit to your account. We will send email to confirm your cancellation and it may take a few days for your Bank to process the credit card refund to your account.
